I had a particularly good room in this clean hotel. The staff was amazing, I stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast at a local bar-cappuccino. The location was exceptional and awesome, not very far from a medieval church. Btw, went to city center, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue. Thoroughly enjoyed that it was close to a train station.

Close proximity to main train station.
Our Quad room was 4 twins crammed together. the bathroom was tiny, full of mildew/mold and the shower leaked like a seive! We relocated after the first night!

1 minute walk to Termini - though the downside of that is that many homeless people and alcoholics congregate around the station day and night. Having said that I did not feel threatened in any way.
the room itself was very clean and comfortable but unfortunately the shower recess had a lot of mould - needed a good scrub. when i needed help with making a local phone call the female receptionist (who was passing her time on Youtube at the time) was only willing to help up until a certain point and then decided to completely ignore me. caused me a lot of stress but the manager of the hotel kindly came to my rescue when he realised what my problem was. all of the staff were fine except for one in particular.

The only thing I liked was the location.
Two days without hot shower, very poor breakfast-only 1 croissant and 1 coffee, lift was very old and slow, only one lift for the whole building.The manager didn't speak English. I need to use ear plugs to sleep because was very noisy.I Really don't recommend this hotel.The buiding had like 6 hotels spread through the floors

The service was quite satisfactory. The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel is located near the main station and therefore very central.
The room was located two floor level up from the reception and we have to carry our luggage to our room since the lift was under maintenance during the check in time.

Good location close to Termini - transport hub of Rome. Good bars and restauranrs near by.
The price included breakfast which consisted of one cup of coffee and one croissant - a little misleading to call it breakfast
